Yes. Quiet spaces and AV support are available for presentations, workshops and leadership sessions, alongside time to relax.

Music, watersports and entertainment can be added for a livelier celebration, from a DJ to swimming stops and water toys.
Where do team events depart from?
From Dubai Harbour or Abu Dhabi. We choose the yacht and the route to match the tone of the day.
Do you work with MICE agencies and DMCs?
Yes. We regularly slot a day on the water into a wider incentive or conference programme, working directly with your agency.
What does Odyssia take care of?
Everything. We source the yacht from across the market and arrange the catering, live artists and DJs, staffing and bartenders, styling and transport. You have one point of contact from the first brief to the last guest.
Can you find a specific yacht?
Yes. We have access to the entire market, so we can propose the yacht that fits your guest count, your date and your budget, and arrange a visit before you decide.
How is an experience priced?
Private yacht charters in Dubai start from AED 1,300 per hour, with a 3 to 4-hour minimum. The captain, crew, soft drinks, water, ice, towels and a speaker are included on every yacht. Catering starts from AED 350 per guest for a cocktail with canapés and an open bar from AED 450 per guest, with service staff (waiters, bartenders) quoted separately. Prices exclude 5% VAT. Share the occasion and your guest count and Odyssia sends a tailored proposal.
What happens if the weather is unfavourable?
Safety is the top priority of the captain and crew. In case of severe weather, we offer to reschedule your charter at no extra cost, subject to availability.
