How many guests can a gala dinner seat?
Up to 80 guests seated, on superyachts up to 65 m. We match the yacht to your final seated numbers, in long-table or round-table layouts.
What kind of menu can we expect?
Three to seven courses with wine pairing, created with award-winning culinary partners and adapted to your guests’ dietary requirements.
Does the yacht sail during dinner?
Both formats are possible. A sailing dinner moves gently along the coast; a static dinner stays moored, which suits formal service, speeches and awards.
Can you handle lighting, florals and entertainment?
Yes. Lighting, florals, branding and live music or a DJ are booked and coordinated by us as one programme, with a single Odyssia lead on the night.
What happens if the weather is unfavourable?
Safety comes first. In case of severe weather, we offer to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability.
What does Odyssia take care of?
Everything. We source the yacht from across the market and arrange the catering, live artists and DJs, staffing and bartenders, styling and transport. You have one point of contact from the first brief to the last guest.
Can you find a specific yacht?
Yes. We have access to the entire market, so we can propose the yacht that fits your guest count, your date and your budget, and arrange a visit before you decide.
How is an experience priced?
Private yacht charters in Dubai start from AED 1,300 per hour, with a 3 to 4-hour minimum. The captain, crew, soft drinks, water, ice, towels and a speaker are included on every yacht. Catering starts from AED 350 per guest for a cocktail with canapés and an open bar from AED 450 per guest, with service staff (waiters, bartenders) quoted separately. Prices exclude 5% VAT. Share the occasion and your guest count and Odyssia sends a tailored proposal.
