We start with the objective: client entertainment, a team reward, a product launch or a seated dinner. Then the guest count, the format and the budget. One run sheet for the whole event
Every event runs on a single timeline shared with every supplier: delivery and set-up times, boarding, the route, service moments, speeches and disembarkation. Dietary requirements, the guest list and branding approvals are handled before the day, not on the dock.
