When you use our enquiry planner, contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, or otherwise get in touch, we may collect: your name, company, email address, phone number, and details of the experience you are enquiring about (occasion, guest count, dates and preferences).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a tailored proposal
- To coordinate a booking, including with our yacht, catering and staffing partners
- To send you information about Odyssia experiences you may be interested in, where you have agreed to hear from us
- To improve our Site and services
Sharing your information
We share information only with the partners directly involved in delivering your experience (for example, yacht owners, catering and entertainment partners), and with service providers who help us operate the Site and manage our client relationships (such as our CRM provider). We do not sell your personal information.
Where your information is stored
Enquiries submitted through this Site may be transmitted to Odyssia via WhatsApp and stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect this information.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing communications from us, by contacting amckay@odyssia.ae.
