Do you work in white label?
Yes. We work as an extension of your brand: proposals and documents in your name, no Odyssia logo if you prefer, and our team presents itself on your behalf on the day.
How fast do we get a proposal?
Within 24 hours, with yacht options, menus and an itemised quote you can resend to your client as it is.
How does the agency commission work?
Agencies earn a commission on the net value excluding VAT, on the package and on any add-on, deducted from the payment. Terms are agreed with each agency.
Can our client visit the yacht before booking?
Yes. We arrange a viewing at Dubai Harbour, and a menu tasting for larger events.
Do you work in Abu Dhabi?
Yes, for corporate events, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and SailGP. Our yachts are based in Dubai, so the repositioning to Abu Dhabi is quoted in the proposal.
How is a booking confirmed?
Only the 50% deposit secures the yacht; the balance is due 7 days before the event. For events within 7 days, payment is made in full on confirmation.
