How many guests can we host?
From a small table of key clients to up to 150 guests. We source the yacht from across the Dubai and Abu Dhabi market to match your guest list and the impression you want to make.
How long is a client entertainment charter?
Four hours is typical. Half-day, full-day and evening charters are all available, timed around your guests’ schedules.
Can the experience carry our brand, or our client’s?
Yes. Styling, music and branding can be tailored to your company or to your client, from on-board details to a fully branded yacht.
Can you cater for dietary and cultural requirements?
Yes. Menus are built with our culinary partners around your guests, from canapés to a full seated dinner, and our hosts speak English, Arabic and Russian.
Do you work with agencies and DMCs?
Yes. We regularly deliver client events for MICE agencies, DMCs and concierge teams, and our team can work under your name with no Odyssia branding on show.
What does Odyssia take care of?
Everything. We source the yacht from across the market and arrange the catering, live artists and DJs, staffing and bartenders, styling and transport. You have one point of contact from the first brief to the last guest.
Can you find a specific yacht?
Yes. We have access to the entire market, so we can propose the yacht that fits your guest count, your date and your budget, and arrange a visit before you decide.
How is an experience priced?
Private yacht charters in Dubai start from AED 1,300 per hour, with a 3 to 4-hour minimum. The captain, crew, soft drinks, water, ice, towels and a speaker are included on every yacht. Catering starts from AED 350 per guest for a cocktail with canapés and an open bar from AED 450 per guest, with service staff (waiters, bartenders) quoted separately. Prices exclude 5% VAT. Share the occasion and your guest count and Odyssia sends a tailored proposal.
What’s a typical excursion route?
Most charters start by passing Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, including Ain Dubai, JBR, the Burj Al Arab and Atlantis The Palm. During longer trips (six hours or more) the journey can include the stunning World Islands. We recommend setting sail from 3 PM onwards to enjoy the golden hour skylines and sunset views.
What happens if the weather is unfavourable?
Safety is the top priority of the captain and crew. In case of severe weather, we offer to reschedule your charter at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Is the charter fully private and confidential?
Yes. The yacht is reserved exclusively for your group, with no other guests on board. Your guest list and event details stay between you and the Odyssia team, and the crew is briefed to keep the occasion discreet.
Can you arrange discreet boarding for VIP guests?
Yes. We can arrange a private boarding time, a host to meet your guests on arrival and, where possible, a quieter berth away from the busiest part of the marina, so high-profile guests can arrive and leave without attention.
