How much does a corporate yacht event cost in Dubai?

With Odyssia, an all-inclusive corporate yacht event for 20 guests starts from AED 12,700 for a 4-hour sunset cocktail (yacht, canapés by Executive Chef Leonardo Maltese, soft drinks and event management), or AED 21,700 with an unlimited open bar. A seated dinner for 20 starts from AED 42,500, an event for 40 guests from AED 28,100 and for 80 guests from AED 54,500. On a luxury superyacht, the same packages start from AED 39,500 for 20 guests on Khalili, AED 64,500 for 40 guests on Encore and AED 100,500 for 80 guests on Onda. Prices exclude 5% VAT; service staff is sized to the guest count.

What is included in a corporate yacht package?

The private yacht for 4 hours with captain, crew, fuel, soft drinks, water, ice and a sound system; the menu by Executive Chef Leonardo Maltese; and event management by Odyssia: we find and negotiate the yacht, coordinate every supplier, deliver the food, set up the yacht and handle the DJ, entertainment, staffing and security. Your guests just arrive.

Is event management charged separately?

No. Event management is included in every Odyssia corporate package in Dubai. One call to Odyssia and the yacht, catering, set-up, entertainment and staff are taken care of.

Can we brand the yacht with our logo?

Yes, from discreet to a full takeover: flags, stickers, branded cushions, ice cubes with your logo, a welcome desk and a red carpet. Branding is quoted to your brief.

How many guests can join a corporate yacht event?

From 10 to 150 guests on one yacht. For larger groups, we can run several yachts together.

How long should a corporate yacht event last?

We recommend 4 hours for corporate events: enough time to board, cruise past Ain Dubai, the Palm and the Burj Al Arab, eat, drink and talk without rushing.

Are drinks included?

Soft drinks, water and ice are included on every yacht. Two unlimited open bars are available for up to 4 hours: Tuscany at AED 450 per guest (spritz, Negroni, cocktails, wine, Prosecco, beer) or Piemont at AED 750 per guest, with Champagne.
