Corporate F1 hospitality in Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is the last race of the Formula 1 season and one of the strongest hospitality moments of the year in the region. A superyacht at Yas Marina gives your clients, partners or top teams a private, trackside setting, with fine dining, free-flowing Champagne and entertainment from 1 pm to 2 am. There are two ways to do it.
Package 1: VIP hospitality for selected guests
Ideal when you want to invite a few key clients or prospects without chartering a full yacht. Your guests join our 65-metre hospitality superyacht at Berth 40.

Multi-day packages are flexible: host one client on Saturday and another on Sunday with the same package. Just tell us who attends each day.
Package 2: a private superyacht for your whole group
Charter a superyacht for the full race weekend, Friday 4 to Sunday 6 December, and make it your company's venue at the track.
- From 20 to 200 guests, depending on the yacht
- Marina access for your guests and after-race concert access included
- Bespoke branding across the yacht
- Catering by Roberto's, led by Executive Chef Leonardo Maltese
- DJs, performers, sound, lighting and event production
- On board 1 pm to 2 am, with the option to stay overnight

- 20–50 guests: Numarine Dolce Vita, Khalili
- 50–100 guests: Saffuriya, Santorini, Sensation
- 100–200 guests: Benetti 50M, Behike, Encore, Thunder, Lucien, Grace
Private yachts start from AED 800,000 + VAT, yacht, berth, passes and crew included, depending on the yacht, your guest list and your programme. We arrange one site visit before you confirm.

- We confirm and secure. Packages: availability confirmed and places secured. Private yacht: a tailored proposal and a site visit.
- We handle every detail. Arrival, transfers, dining, entertainment and, for private yachts, branding and production.
- Race weekend, delivered. Your guests arrive at Yas Marina for a fully hosted trackside experience.
