Big Ticket: a 50-metre superyacht trackside for three days

The brief
Host guests in the brand’s colours at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, every day of the race weekend.
What we did
We privately chartered a 50-metre Benetti, secured her berth trackside at Yas Marina and dressed her in Big Ticket’s colours: red-carpet welcome, DJ, drinks and canapés served on deck by our team.
The result
Three days of hospitality for 100 guests a day, on the water and in front of the track. Read the full case study.

Jetstream: an all-white evening for 90 members

The brief
A members’ evening for 90 guests, dressed in white, from sunset to the night lights of Business Bay.
What we did
A private houseboat on the Dubai Canal, a branded arrival and catering on board for 90 guests, with one large open deck so the crowd stayed together.
The result
Jetstream’s second event with us in three months, after a members’ evening in June 2026.

40 VIP guests on the superyacht Encore

The brief
A corporate VIP afternoon for 40 guests that felt like a private club at sea.
What we did
The 40-metre superyacht Encore with Roberto’s: a live raw bar of oysters and caviar served by the chef, Champagne, cocktails from an on-board mixologist and a DJ on deck.
The result
Forty guests hosted standing across the decks, with service sized to the guest list from the first glass to the last.

Jump Trading: a seated dinner for 20 on Encore

The brief
A private dinner for 20 of the firm’s guests, all seated at one table.
What we did
We turned Encore’s main deck saloon into a dining room, styled in white linen and red roses, with a private chef from Roberto’s cooking on board.
The result
One table, twenty guests and a dinner served at sea, styled and run by Odyssia.

Huda Beauty: a full brand takeover for 20 influencers

The brief
Turn a yacht into the brand’s world for a day with 20 influencers and their content.
What we did
Flags on deck, logo decals on the glass, branded macarons and coconuts, a mocktail menu in the brand’s colours, gift bags and a DJ.
The result
A yacht that looked like the brand from every angle, built to be filmed and shared.

What we did
A table dressed for dinner on deck, a raw bar with caviar on ice, mocktails and birthday styling in the saloon.
The result
A celebration delivered end to end, from the berth to the last toast.
